The hotel and room were clean, quiet at night. Staff were nice and helpful. The food was good. Perfect location - easy access to the Night Market/ Pub Street. Good value for money with spacious and well-maintained rooms. Sparkling clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Family managed with good WiFi signal. Breakfast had 5 options. Bathroom had amenities. Free pick up on arrival.

The hotel was located in a challenging spot, making it difficult to find by walk. However, the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and decorated elegantly. The amenities provided in the bathroom were of high quality and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent, and the WiFi was quick and dependable.
The hotel's dining space was not correctly protected from pests such as flies.

The hotel wasn't very clean and the carpet was quite dirty. the location wasn't great as it was far from the city center and there were not many restaurants nearby.
